We’re committed to making this event accessible to everyone. Here’s what will be available on-site: 

• Lactation room
• Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options at all meals
• Accessible seating
• Captioning

We can accommodate other dietary requirements—including kosher and halal—which you can request when completing your registration.

We’ll have live captions and accessible seating for all main stage sessions. Captions will be shown on a dedicated floor monitor near the front of the main stage hall, and accessible seating will be reserved near the front and along the accessible aisle. Look for reserved seating signs on-site or ask a staff member for help.

Registered service dogs are welcome on-site, but pets and companion animals are not permitted. If your registered service dog will be accompanying you, please let us know by emailing info@lennyssummit.com.

Event passes are non-transferable due to the application requirement. To cancel your pass for a refund, contact us at info@lennyssummit.com.

Yes. If your position changes after applying or being accepted, please email us at info@lennyssummit.com so we can update your contact information.

Refund policy:

• Cancellation requests received on or before Friday, August 14, 2026, at 5:00 pm PT: Full refund of registration fee minus a $100 administration fee. 
• Cancellation requests received between Friday, August 14, 2026, at 5:01 pm PT and Friday, August 28, 2026, at 5:00 pm PT: 50% refund of registration fee. 
• No refunds after Friday, August 28, 2026, at 5:01 pm PT.
